Q1. When does my box ship?

A1. First box ships immediately every box thereafter ships on the 12th

 

Q2. How do I cancel?

A2. We hate to see you go, but if you want to go we won’t make it hard for you. Simply send us an email by the 20th of the month prior if you want to cancel. (Example to Cancel for August we need an email from you by July 20th).

 

Q3. Do you ship outside of the US?

A3. Unfortunately, no not at this time

 

Q4: Do you accept returns?

A4: We do not accept returns but please feel to share your concerns at contact@thepamperedcompany.com.

 

Q5: How will I know when my pampered gift has shipped?

A5: You will receive a tracking number and be sure to watch our Facebook page

 

Q6: How will my box be shipped?

A6: Boxes are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

 

Q7: When will I be charged?

A7: For month to month, 3, and annual subscriptions, your card will be charged for your first box at time of checkout. Month to month subscriptions will then be billed automatically on the 15th of each month and 3, 12 month subscriptions will auto-renew based on your subscription length and billed on the 1st of auto-renewal month. Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew.  Gift Subscriptions must be paid in full at time of gift purchase. The charge will appear as The Pampered Company, LLC on your credit card statement.

 

Q8: Does my subscription box auto renew?

A8: Yes, all subscriptions auto-renew on the first day of each month. Gift subscriptions do NOT auto-renew.

 

Q9: How do gift subscriptions work and how will the recipient know I sent them a gift?

A9: When you gift a pampered subscription box to a friend, family member or someone special, we will ask you for their email address and if there is a particular or special date that you wish for us to notify them.  They will be sent an ecard to let them know you want to pamper them with a gift subscription box. Once they claim their gift we'll ask them for their mailing address and we will notify you when they have redeemed their gift!

 

Q10: Can I purchase a large quantity of boxes for a special event?

A10: Yes, we are able to ship boxes in large quantities for special events with advance notice. This is considered a special order and to be sure that we can meet your need, please send us the details by completing this special form on our contact page, so that we can make this accommodation.
